Currently, we do not do custom orders. All shirts are pre-made and available in the colors offered on our website.

·   Please allow 5-10 business days to process, package, and ship your order.

·   An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped and will include your tracking number.

·   Items are shipped via USPS.

·   We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders. Once the item has been scanned by USPS, they are responsible.

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we do realize an item may need to be returned. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date your item was delivered. The refund amount will be your total cost minus the shipping cost. Exchanges are not processed.

o   Reason for the return request

• Apparel must not be worn, washed, damaged, have a scent, or altered and it must be in the original packaging. Items must have all tags attached and untouched.

o   If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return has been finalized, you will be provided a refund for the item, minus the shipping cost. o   We take extra time to review every item prior to packing it for shipping. We ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it to ensure the item(s) is not defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item to allow us to evaluate the concern and correct it. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@vociferous.us . Please include the following:

o   An explanation of the return request
